Modernization of the devices UIM-90 of the previous series

The device UIM-90 220 Series operates in a fully automatic cycle: from the time delay after recording the cell to processing the test results on a computer (for versions with a wireless connection).

The main changes made to the device when upgrading it to the model 220 series:

  • the entire control circuit of the device is assembled on one monoplate using modern element base, which has significantly reduced the size of the device
  • instead of outdated noisy electromechanical relays, semiconductor switches are used to ensure quiet and comfortable operation with the device
  • technically outdated, bulky power supply replaced by a modern pulse power supply of industrial production, which increases the reliability and reduces the power consumption of the device
  • the outdated reversing engineDSDR-2 was replaced by a new stepper engine, which, due to the absence of a reducer, increases the reliability of its operation
  • the registration scheme of electrical breakdown of a liquid dielectric is completely changed, which allows reducing the current in the breakdown channel, which leads to a decrease in the decomposition of the dielectric
  • LED matrixes on the control panel are re placed by an LCD screen, which displays information about the control mode of the device, test parameters, and test results
  • the device has an electronic processor control that allows it to work in a manual or fully automatic cycle: (start / settling after writing to the cell / voltage rise before the breakdown, remembering the breakdown voltage / mixing / settling / after performing the specified number of breakdowns calculating the average breakdown voltage, RMS errors and coefficient of variation/ output on the LCD screen of test results)
  • reworked device for mixing dielectric sample is highly reliable due to the absence of moving mechanical parts
  • the device allows you to set test parameters (number of breakdowns, time of settling, etc.) in accordance with GOST 6581-75, IEC 60156: 1995 or non-standard installations at the discretion of the operator
  • in the "View test results" mode, the LCD display shows: test date, test end time, test number, number of breakdowns, arithmetic average of the breakdown voltage, calculated value of the variation coefficient, RMS error value, breakdown voltage values (1 – n) breakdown
  • the device has a non-volatile memory in which all settings of previous tests are stored, as well as a operative memory in which the results of the last test are stored
  • thanks to the use of a new electronic circuit, the accuracy of the breakdown voltage measurement is improved (in accordance with PMA 29 4/1992)
  • an improved circuit for protecting a high-voltage transformer against overloads during the breakdown of a dielectric fluid under test has been applied
  • the device used a triple system for protecting a high-voltage transformer from over-testing voltage: software, electronic and mechanical to ensure the reliability of the device and personnel safety
  • improved system of blocking operation of the device in the absence of the measuring cell
  • the ability to connect to a personal computer to control the device, with the preservation and processing of test results
  • reduced installation weight

Manufacturer's warranty

The manufacturer guarantees the compliance of the UIM-90 device with the requirements of the current technical documentation and the standards of OLC and PTB. The warranty period of the device UIM-90 - 12 months from the date of shipment to the consumer. At the end of the warranty period, the manufacturer provides service under a separate contract.
